As the TechOps SAP Integration Suite Manager, you will be instrumental in decision-making, process optimization, and resource management. You will oversee task execution by allocating personnel, supervising team members, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and support. Your role involves optimizing and evaluating team performance to align with organizational objectives and drive engineering excellence. This includes leading integration development teams, providing technical guidance, reviewing solution designs, and mentoring developers.

You will manage production support, monitor integration interfaces, and handle incidents and root cause analysis to ensure SLA compliance and service availability. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing the development of integration flows, APIs, and adapters, supporting various integration protocols. You will also collaborate closely with business units, SAP functional teams, infrastructure, and security teams, while managing relationships with external vendors and partners. Presenting project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership will be key, as will maintaining architecture diagrams, integration catalogues, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration is required, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity managing integration teams or enterprise integration platforms. Experience with SAP Integration Suite/BTP is highly valued, and relevant certifications are preferred.

Key technical proficiencies include expertise in integration flows, APIs, mappings, and adapters, with hands-on experience supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, RFC, and APIs. You should be adept at leading teams, providing technical direction, and mentoring developers to foster engineering excellence. Strong skills in operational governance, stakeholder management, and vendor relations are essential. You must be able to maintain comprehensive documentation, ensure compliance with security standards, and drive effective change management and release governance processes.
