As a Senior SAP FSCM Consultant within EY GDS – TechOps, your primary role is to deliver expert functional support for SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) to our global clientele across various regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meticulously address incidents, implement enhancements, and optimize financial processes, ensuring alignment with critical business requirements.

Key responsibilities include providing dedicated support for SAP FSCM incidents and service requests, aiming for minimal disruption to business operations. You'll analyze user-raised issues, provide effective solutions, and ensure timely follow-up on issues and requests in collaboration with customers and support teams. Handling change requests with a clear grasp of business needs and financial processes is essential. You will deliver solutions that enhance financial operations, collections, dispute management, and credit processes, leveraging strong cross-functional communication skills and experience in offshore/onsite delivery models.

Additional duties involve defect analysis and resolution for SAP FSCM processes and integrations, working with minimal guidance in time-critical environments, and demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management within a global support structure. Flexibility in managing work hours, including shift support and on-call availability for critical business needs, is required. You will also be responsible for decision-making, process optimization, resource management, overseeing team performance, allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring teams have the necessary support and tools to achieve organizational goals.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology (B.E./B.Tech), Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com), an MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA/CMA, or equivalent professional experience is required. We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of dedicated experience in SAP FSCM, ideally with a focus on supporting global clients.

Essential skills include a strong command of SAP FSCM and Treasury modules, encompassing Bank Account Management, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, In-House Bank (IHB), Treasury & Risk Management (TRM), IHB Settlement, Intercompany Settlement, Equity Management, Loan Management, Bank Communication Management (BCM), Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Payment Processing, Cash Positioning, and Liquidity Forecasting. Experience with FSCM integration points with SAP FI, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, and Treasury processes is crucial.

Candidates should possess experience supporting SAP Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, Cash Management, and In-House Bank processes in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments. Familiarity with bank interfaces, payment formats, SWIFT connectivity, BCM monitoring, and treasury reporting is highly valued. Experience in workflow troubleshooting, enhancement implementation, testing, and production support activities is also a key requirement. Ideally, candidates will hold an SAP FSCM / Treasury & Risk Management Certification.
