As a Senior TechOps SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for functional support, application maintenance, and incident management for SAP FI/CO solutions. Key duties include analyzing business requirements, supporting configuration and enhancements, participating in design discussions, and managing change requests. You will also oversee team management for task execution, allocate personnel, and optimize team performance.

Your role extends to supporting month-end and year-end closing, troubleshooting integration issues between SAP FI/CO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, PM, and HR. You'll monitor ticket queues, ensure SLA adherence in Application Management Services (AMS) environments, and work effectively within onsite-offshore delivery models.

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO is required, with a strong focus on AMS/Production Support and Global Delivery SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Essential expertise includes comprehensive knowledge of SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Financial Closing) and SAP CO modules (Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Product Costing, COPA, Internal Orders, Overhead Assessment). Experience with cross-module integration (MM, SD, PP, PM, HR) and functional specification writing is crucial. Proficiency in defect analysis, incident management, testing, validation, and SAP S/4HANA Finance is expected. Experience in global delivery or offshore-onshore models is also a key requirement.
