As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring operational continuity for our clients. Your responsibilities include analyzing and resolving user-raised incidents, collaborating with stakeholders to address issues and requests promptly, and managing change requests with a keen understanding of evolving business needs.

You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency through effective SAP FICO solutions. Strong cross-functional communication skills, experience in offshore/onsite models, and meticulous defect analysis are essential. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-critical environment, with flexibility for shift work and on-call support due to the dynamic nature of application management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech), Commerce/Finance (B.Com), or an equivalent professional qualification such as M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA, or ICWA/CMA, coupled with 3-7 years of specialized experience in SAP FICO, preferably supporting global clients.

Key attributes include proficiency in FICO modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and expertise in financial integrations with other SAP modules like MM, SD, HR, PP, and PM. While not mandatory, an SAP Certification in SAP FICO is highly desirable. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are vital for success in this role.
