As a Senior Consultant, you will spearhead decision-making, process optimization, and resource management, potentially overseeing team tasks. Your accountability includes effective personnel allocation, task supervision, ensuring teams possess necessary tools and support, and optimizing performance for organizational success.

Engage in analyzing business requirements, evaluating solution options, and supporting configuration and enhancement activities within SAP FI/CO. You will participate in design discussions, handle change requests, coordinate development with technical teams, and validate solutions through thorough testing and deployment support.

This role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, coupled with 8-10 years of extensive SAP FICO experience. Prior experience in Application Management Services (AMS), Production Support, Global Delivery, and specifically SAP S/4HANA Finance is essential.

Proficiency is expected across SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Financial Closing) and SAP CO modules (Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, Internal Orders, Overhead Assessment). Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, PM, and HR is crucial.

Additional technical skills encompass functional specifications, defect analysis, incident management, testing and validation, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and interface troubleshooting (IDocs, integrations). Experience working within global delivery or offshore-onshore models is a key requirement. Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, alongside experience in month-end/year-end closing and results analysis, will be highly valued.
