With over 80,000 professionals across ten global locations, the GDS team provides comprehensive support in Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge services.

Provide comprehensive application management support for SAP applications, including service requests, incident, enhancement, change, and problem management as a Level 2 or 3 Specialist. Lead and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Design and implement SAP EWM solutions on S/4HANA to optimize warehouse operations and enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and offer expert advice on SAP EWM solutions and designs. Develop and maintain essential documentation, such as configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts. Mentor and train junior SAP EWM team members, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in SAP to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation.

A Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or equivalent work experience is required. Candidates should possess 3-7 years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), ideally with global clients. Responsibilities include supporting SAP EWM module incidents to minimize operational disruption and analyzing user-raised incidents to provide timely solutions.

Effective collaboration with customers and internal teams is crucial for addressing issues and requests promptly. Handle change requests with a thorough understanding of new business requirements. Proficiency in business process mapping, configuration, and end-user training is expected. Understand and simplify business needs through efficient solutions. Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience in offshore/onsite models are beneficial. The role demands defect resolution and analysis related to EWM, along with the ability to work autonomously in a time-critical environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for effectively operating within a global, cross-functional team. Flexibility in work hours, including shifts and on-call availability, is necessary due to the nature of application management work.
