Serve as a Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist, providing day-to-day support for SAP Concur modules, including service requests, incident, enhancement, change, and problem management.

Lead and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and offer expert advice on SAP Concur solutions and designs.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts.

Mentor and train junior team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance on troubleshooting.

Stay updated on industry trends and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation.

Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support as needed to ensure system availability and reliability. Work flexible shift hours to accommodate client needs across different time zones.

A Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess 5-7 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on SAP Concur implementation and support.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of travel and expense management processes, including per diems, mileage, receipts, and reimbursement cycles.

Proficiency in configuring Concur Expense, Travel, and Request modules, including audit rules, custom forms, and workflows.

Exhibit hands-on experience with Concur configuration, workflow setup, and integration tools.

Possess excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience working in an offshore/onsite model.

Ability to work independently in a time-critical environment, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork in a global setting.
