As an SAP Concur Senior Consultant, you will provide comprehensive application management support for SAP Concur modules, focusing on Expense and Travel. Your responsibilities will include managing service requests, incidents, enhancements, and changes. You will lead the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, conducting thorough root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.

Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and offer expert advice on SAP Concur solutions. You will also participate in on-call rotations and be available for shift work to ensure continuous system availability for our global clients across various time zones. Additionally, you will develop and maintain crucial documentation, mentor junior team members, and stay updated on industry best practices to drive efficiency through automation and innovation. You will be accountable for decision-making, process optimization, and team supervision to ensure successful task execution and performance evaluation.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5-7 years in IT, with at least 3 years specifically in SAP Concur implementation and support, is required. You should possess strong skills in gathering and analyzing business requirements for travel policies and expense workflows, along with hands-on experience configuring Concur Expense, Travel, and Request modules.

Key attributes include a deep understanding of travel and expense management processes, adeptness in incident resolution, and effective defect analysis. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills are essential, particularly within an offshore/onsite model and a global team environment. The ability to work independently in a time-critical setting and demonstrate flexibility in managing work hours, including shift work and on-call duties, is also crucial for success in this role.
