As a Senior SAP CO Consultant, you will provide essential functional support for SAP Controlling (CO) to our global clients. Your core responsibilities include addressing incidents, implementing enhancements, and optimizing controlling processes to meet diverse business requirements. You will analyze user-raised issues, develop effective solutions, and manage change requests, ensuring clear alignment with business needs and controlling best practices.

Key duties involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting defect analysis and resolution for SAP CO processes, and working with minimal supervision in a time-critical setting. You will also be involved in decision-making, process optimization, and resource management as needed. Flexibility in work hours, including shift support and on-call availability, is expected due to the nature of Application Management Services.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com), an MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA/CMA, or equivalent professional experience is required. We are looking for candidates with 3-7 years of experience in SAP CO, ideally with exposure to global clients.

Essential skills include deep knowledge of SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC). Experience with integration points to other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP) and a strong understanding of managerial accounting and financial controlling processes are crucial. Familiarity with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions is also vital.
