EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Senior SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant to join our TechOps team. This role involves providing advanced functional support for SAP CFIN to global clients, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve complex issues, drive enhancements, and optimize business processes. You'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality application management services and supporting global clients with innovative solutions.

Manage SAP CFIN incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements, ensuring minimal business disruption. Lead troubleshooting efforts by analyzing complex issues and coordinating resolutions. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution and requirement delivery. Handle change requests, supporting business process improvements through configuration, automation, and system optimization. Maintain a strong understanding of IT Service Management processes. Facilitate cross-functional communication in offshore/onsite models and analyze defects for root cause identification. Support data replication, integration, reconciliation, and financial harmonization across diverse SAP and non-SAP systems. Work independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Flexibility with work hours is essential for application management support.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech), Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com), MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA/CMA, or equivalent professional experience is required. You should have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN), with a solid understanding of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA Finance, preferably supporting global clients. Expertise in SAP CFIN functionalities including SAP SLT, replication, AIF, Key Mapping, Value Mapping, Cost Object Mapping, Central Payments, Intercompany Processes, Financial Reconciliation, Error Monitoring, Master Data Harmonization, and the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) is crucial. Experience with CFIN integration points across various SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.) and third-party systems is also highly valued.
