Architect and deliver robust SAP Commissions (Callidus Cloud) solutions for intricate life insurance commission and incentive calculations. Design comprehensive end-to-end commission and finance integration processes. Drive SAP S/4HANA RISE transformation initiatives and SAP Finance integrations. Collaborate with business, actuarial, finance, and operations stakeholders, providing solution governance, design reviews, and production support leadership. Mentor teams, establish solution standards, and oversee resource management for optimal task execution and team performance.

A Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or equivalent work experience is required. You should possess 6-7 years of experience in SAP Commissions, ideally within the Life Insurance finance domain, and have prior exposure to global clients. Strong expertise in commission calculations, incentive compensation, and reconciliation is essential. A deep understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO, GL, AP, AR) and architect-level experience with SAP Commissions and SAP S/4HANA on RISE are mandatory. Experience integrating SAP Commissions with S/4HANA and other enterprise platforms, along with mandatory Life Insurance industry experience and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, are crucial for success in this role.
