Key responsibilities include providing Level 2 or 3 Application Management support for SAP Applications, covering incident management, service requests, and enhancements. Lead and mentor the FI team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, including root cause analysis. Gather requirements, assess business needs, and advise on SAP FICO solutions. Develop and maintain essential documentation, including configuration guides and test scripts.

Mentor and train junior SAP FICO team members, sharing expertise and best practices. Stay updated with industry trends and SAP best practices to drive efficiency through automation and innovation. Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support to ensure critical system availability. Flexibility in managing work hours and willingness to work in shifts are essential due to the nature of application management.

A Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or equivalent job experience is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO and RAR, preferably with global clients, is essential. Specialization in configuring and implementing SAP RAR (1.2/1.3 or S/4HANA) for IFRS 15/ASC 606 compliance is crucial. Experience managing performance obligations, contract management, and integration with SD/FI/CO modules is needed.

Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes, along with proven success in complex, multi-platform environments, is expected. Extensive client management experience with global teams is vital. Strong leadership and team-building skills are required to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary for strategic decision-making.

Experience in providing SAP FICO module support, analyzing and solving user-raised incidents, and handling change requests is required.
