As an SAP VIM Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our application management services, handling day-to-day support for SAP VIM. This includes managing service requests, incidents, enhancements, changes, and problems at a Level 2 or 3 capacity. You'll lead the resolution of complex technical issues, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimal SAP VIM solutions. Your role will involve configuring SAP VIM settings, workflows, and integrations, customizing functionalities to meet specific business needs, and developing comprehensive documentation. You will also mentor junior team members, stay updated on industry trends, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability.

Key responsibilities also encompass collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective SAP VIM solutions, customizing SAP VIM functionalities, and developing essential documentation like configuration guides and test scripts. You'll be expected to mentor and train junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to operational efficiency through automation and innovation. Flexibility in work hours, including shifts and on-call support, is essential for this dynamic role.

We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM Manager with 7-10 years of dedicated experience, ideally gained within a global client environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or equivalent work experience is required. Your expertise should cover the full spectrum of SAP VIM incident management, ensuring seamless operations and timely resolution of user-raised incidents. You must possess strong cross-functional communication skills, with proven experience in an offshore/onsite model, and be adept at defect resolution and analysis related to VIM.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to work independently in time-critical situations and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and leadership qualities within a global, cross-functional team. Familiarity with accounts payable processes, invoice management, and document capture is crucial. Ideally, you will have proficiency in SAP VIM configuration, including workflow design, data extraction, OCR integration, and experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Experience with SAP VIM integration with OpenText Extended ECM or similar document management systems is highly desirable, as is an SAP Certification in SAP VIM.
