Provide day-to-day application management support for SAP applications, covering incident, enhancement, change, and problem management as a Level 2 or 3 specialist. Lead and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Design and implement SAP EWM solutions on S/4HANA to optimize warehouse operations and enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and offer expert advice on SAP EWM solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts. Mentor and train junior SAP EWM team members, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation. Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems. Be available to work shift hours based on client requirements.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), preferably with global clients. Demonstrate strong team leadership and management capabilities, fostering collaboration and high performance. Proven experience in designing complex integrations, cloud applications, and security architectures. Responsible for supporting SAP EWM module incidents, minimizing operational disruptions. Analyze and resolve user-raised incidents, providing timely and effective solutions. Work closely with customers and teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues and requests. Manage change requests with a thorough understanding of new business requirements. Proficient in business process mapping, configuration, and end-user training. Understand business needs and deliver solutions to enhance process efficiency and simplicity. Exhibit cross-functional communication skills, with experience in offshore/onsite models. Skilled in defect resolution and analysis related to EWM. Ability to work independently in a time-critical environment with minimal supervision. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills for effective global team interaction. Flexibility in managing work hours, including shift work and on-call availability for critical business needs.
