You will provide critical functional support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to global clients, optimizing warehouse operations and enhancing supply chain efficiency. As an SAP EWM Manager, you will deliver daily application management support, handle service requests, incidents, enhancements, and changes for SAP applications. You will lead complex technical issue resolutions, conduct root cause analysis, and design/implement SAP EWM solutions on S/4HANA. Key duties include gathering requirements, advising on solutions, developing documentation, mentoring junior team members, staying updated on industry trends, and providing off-hours support, including shift work and on-call rotation.

We seek candidates with at least 7 years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management, preferably within a global client environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent experience is required. Essential skills include strong team leadership, proven experience in designing complex integrations, cloud applications, and security architectures. You should be adept at resolving SAP EWM module incidents, analyzing user-raised incidents, managing change requests, business process mapping, configuration, and providing end-user training. Excellent cross-functional communication, ability to work independently, and flexibility in managing work hours are also crucial.
