Join NTT DATA as a TechOps Engineer and contribute to our Digital Science and Automated Solutions (DSAS) team. This role is key to maintaining the security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of our cloud-hosted products and customer environments. You will be instrumental in designing and operating AWS infrastructure, automating critical operations, and ensuring smooth service recovery.

Design, deploy, and maintain robust AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), prioritizing quality, performance, and scalability.

Operate and support containerized environments, including Amazon EKS, ECS, and Kubernetes.

Monitor cloud infrastructure, operating systems, databases, and applications, actively participating in issue resolution and service restoration.

Contribute to incident response, troubleshooting, and documenting corrective actions.

Develop and automate secure deployment practices, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.

Implement and maintain security controls, including encryption, access controls, and vulnerability assessment.

Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, maintaining traceable records for changes and supporting audits.

Apply FinOps principles to optimize AWS costs while ensuring reliability and security.

Identify and implement automation for repetitive operational tasks.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Quality, and Security teams to enhance service reliability and operational readiness.

Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Bring 3-5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code.

Show proficiency in supporting Linux and/or Windows systems, production applications, and cloud networking.

Have working knowledge of containerization technologies like EKS, ECS, or Kubernetes.

Experience with monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, security controls, and backup/disaster recovery practices is essential.

Exhibit the ability to work within documented procedures and maintain accurate operational records in a quality-managed environment.

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and cross-team collaboration.
