As a Support Lead, you will be instrumental in providing advanced technical support for web and mobile applications built with Flutter. Your role involves troubleshooting complex software issues, performing in-depth code analysis and debugging, and ensuring high application performance. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, and optimize MongoDB database schemas and queries. Developing and managing RESTful APIs, analyzing application logs using tools like Grafana, and collaborating with cross-functional teams are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation, mentor junior team members, and oversee task execution, resource management, and team performance.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with 7+ years of experience in implementing web and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, Node.js, and MongoDB. Hands-on experience with API integration, troubleshooting, and familiarity with responsive web design principles are essential. Proficiency in version control systems like Git, strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. Experience with logging tools like Splunk and CI/CD tools such as Harness and Jenkins is highly beneficial.
