As a Manager in Digital Engineering, you'll lead application support engagements, drive transformation, and optimize .NET operations. Global Delivery Services (GDS) plays a pivotal role in EY's strategy, supporting clients worldwide with a network of service delivery centers. Our innovation specialists bring together environments, technologies, and skilled teams to facilitate rapid prototyping and drive innovative thinking across various EY functions.

Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET-based managed services engagements across multiple clients. Own support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of .NET full stack applications, guiding teams in resolving complex production issues. Drive application performance tuning, support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, and champion automation and AIOps for reduced incidents. Manage ITSM processes, track and improve SLAs/KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mentor engineers on .NET best practices, support presales activities, and ensure compliance with EY's risk, security, and data governance standards. Be flexible to work in shifts or extended hours as required.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 12+ years of experience in digital engineering/IT operations, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Strong hands-on experience in .NET full stack technologies and enterprise application support is essential, as is experience delivering large-scale .NET-based managed services programs.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of full stack .NET architecture, cloud-native systems, and tools like Jenkins, Jira, Git, and Kubernetes. Exposure to microservices transformation and API-first modernization is advantageous. Certifications in .NET, Cloud (AWS/Azure), ITIL, or DevOps are preferred.
