Provide essential application management support for SAP applications, including incident management, service requests, and enhancements. Lead and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, performing root cause analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and advise on SAP FICO solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides and test scripts. Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and SAP best practices to drive efficiency through automation and innovation. Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support as needed.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent work experience is required. You should possess 3-7 years of dedicated experience in SAP FICO Group Reporting, ideally with global client exposure. A strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, financial consolidation, and related processes is essential. You must be adept at incident resolution, defect analysis, and working independently in time-critical situations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are crucial for effective teamwork in a global environment. Flexibility to work shifts and be on call for critical business needs is expected.
