Enhance and optimize backend services for AI agentic workflows. Build scalable REST APIs using FastAPI with robust validation and async features. Develop and troubleshoot multi-step agent workflows with LangGraph. Identify and implement automation opportunities across AI applications. Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Docker Compose. Write maintainable Python code with comprehensive unit tests. Design and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Investigate performance issues in backend and agentic systems.

Requires a degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science. Essential skills include core Python proficiency, a strong grasp of data structures (Lists, Dictionaries, Tuples, Sets), OOP concepts, and writing performant, modular code. Experience with virtual environments, dependency management, unit testing, and database schema design (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) is crucial. Proven experience building production APIs with FastAPI, including async/await, Pydantic, and token-based authentication, is necessary. Familiarity with Docker, Docker Compose, and container networking is expected. Experience building multi-step agent workflows using LangGraph, including state management and error handling, is required.
