Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) as a Manager in the TechOps practice, focusing on Digital Engineering Operations. This role is pivotal in leading the delivery of AI and automation solutions, integrating technical expertise with effective delivery management. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and operationalizing cutting-edge AI and automation technologies, ensuring they meet EY's high-quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in implementing AI & automation solutions within managed services, balancing hands-on technical skills with leadership capabilities.

Drive operational excellence by optimizing existing processes and workflows using AI and automation for enhanced speed, accuracy, and scalability. Develop actionable AI/automation roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI models, ensuring rigorous monitoring for performance, accuracy, and latency. Collaborate with AI, Automation, Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to build and deploy solutions. Promote the adoption of AI, automation tools, and accelerators across engagements. Lead cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders. Implement AI and automation to reduce tickets, automate workflows, improve business processes, boost productivity, and drive continuous improvement. Manage service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and governance frameworks for automation and AI. Mentor and coach operations engineers and AI analysts in best practices. Support business development efforts, including proposals and client workshops. Ensure strict adherence to EY's risk management and security standards.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. We seek candidates with 12+ years of experience in delivery, IT operations, or managed services, including a minimum of 2-5 years focused on developing, implementing, and managing AI & automation solutions and tools. A robust understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, AIOps, low-code tools, and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript is essential. Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic is highly valued. Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL methodologies, and automating operational tasks is also critical. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role.
