You will be instrumental in leading the delivery, solutioning, transformation, and optimization of digital engineering operations across diverse client engagements. Lead comprehensive digital engineering operations for multiple client accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and high client satisfaction. Manage and maintain critical engineering applications, including Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, and MEAN/MERN stack solutions, resolving complex issues and optimizing performance.

Drive operational excellence by implementing automation, AI, and DevOps best practices to reduce ticket volumes and enhance efficiency. Oversee daily operations, streamline administration, and automate routine tasks to minimize toil.

Enhance ITSM processes such as incident, problem, change, and release management. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to align engineering services with overarching business objectives. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics diligently.

Mentor and develop team members, cultivating an environment of innovation and accountability. Contribute to business development by driving solutions, preparing proposals, and engaging in client workshops. Ensure strict adherence to EY's risk management and security protocols.

We seek candidates with deep expertise in full stack engineering across Java, .NET, Node.js, or MEAN/MERN stacks. A strong understanding of Cloud-native application development and maintenance is highly valued.

Proficiency in ITSM, ITIL methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and full stack architecture is essential. Experience with engineering platforms like GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, and Kubernetes is required.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are paramount for success in this role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 15 years in digital engineering or IT operations (including at least 5 years in leadership), is necessary.
