Lead end-to-end digital engineering operations across multiple client engagements, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Enhance ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and release management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee SLAs and governance, and mentor team members to foster innovation and accountability.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 12+ years of experience in digital engineering or IT operations, including at least 5 years in delivery and solution leadership. Expertise in full stack engineering (Java, .NET, MEAN/MERN) is essential. Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and experience with platforms like GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, and Kubernetes are highly valued. Excellent leadership and communication skills are crucial for this role.
