EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking an experienced SAP CPI Manager to join their SAP TechOps team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing SAP CPI solutions across a multi-region landscape, ensuring seamless global operations for clients. Manage day-to-day application support for SAP applications, handling service requests, incidents, and enhancements as a Level 2 specialist.

Provide Level 2 support for SAP CPI/PIPO development, including customizations, bug fixes, and troubleshooting across multiple SAP environments.

Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Perform debugging and testing to ensure the quality of CPI/PI/PO developments and support system integration and user acceptance testing.

Document technical specifications and implementation details for knowledge sharing.

Stay updated with industry trends and SAP best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support as needed to ensure system availability.

A Bachelor's degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science) or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in SAP CPI/PI/PO development, with a strong emphasis on Level 2 support.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Demonstrated experience in designing complex integrations, cloud applications, and security architectures.

Solid experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including API Management and Event Mesh.

Experience driving end-to-end SAP project delivery, from requirements to implementation, focusing on scalable and maintainable architectures.

3-5 years of experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI, with leadership responsibility for integration design and implementation in at least two full-cycle SAP projects.

Strong proficiency in SAP PI/PO/CPI design, configuration, and administration.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
