Join EY and contribute to building a better working world as a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer. This pivotal role focuses on end-to-end DevOps support across AWS and Azure environments. You'll be instrumental in driving infrastructure automation, resolving CI/CD pipeline issues, and ensuring high availability of cloud services. This position offers the chance to lead incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing operational procedures and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Serve as the primary escalation point for critical DevOps and infrastructure incidents across AWS and Azure. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and automation workflows. Manage and support containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Docker, and Helm. Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), automation scripts, and runbooks to streamline incident handling. Conduct in-depth analysis and root cause determination for recurring problems, implementing robust, long-term solutions. Oversee access management, IAM policies, VNet/VPC configurations, and security groups. Monitor system health through log analysis using AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and other relevant tools. Collaborate closely with engineering, cloud platform, and security teams to ensure stable and secure cloud environments. Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development. Drive decision-making, optimize processes, and manage resources effectively to achieve team and organizational objectives.

A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure operations, and automation is required. Demonstrated hands-on expertise with both AWS and Azure cloud platforms is essential. Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, various CI/CD tools, and automation scripting languages is crucial. Experience working within a 24x7 rotational support model is necessary. Possession of relevant AWS and Azure certifications, such as AWS DevOps Engineer or Azure Administrator Associate, is highly desirable.
