Manage teams, enforce governance and security standards, and drive the adoption of key BTP services. Provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Applications (Level 2/3). Lead complex SAP ABAP development, including customizations, enhancements, and bug fixes. Design, develop, and implement complex ABAP programs for critical business requirements and performance optimization. Conduct code reviews and performance tuning. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and provide expert advice on ABAP development. Lead resolution of complex technical issues and system outages. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Mentor junior team members. Stay updated on industry trends and SAP best practices. Participate in on-call rotation and shift work as required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years of SAP experience, with 3-4 years in a managerial or team lead role. Proven expertise in Team Leadership & Management, Solution Delivery, and complex integration/cloud/security architecture design. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in a global, multi-regional environment. Flexibility in managing work hours, including shifts and on-call support. Drive innovation using new SAP technologies. Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and monitor system performance. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with business, functional, and technical teams.
