This role supports multi-state government programs through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and program management to ensure effective implementation across North, East, and West zones.

We are seeking an expert with over 10 years of experience in managing and monitoring large-scale government initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for critical public sector projects.

Monitor and coordinate large-scale government programs across designated states. Develop and analyze dashboards to track program performance and identify key trends. Utilize data analytics to provide insights for program improvement and reporting. Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration. Communicate program status, findings, and recommendations clearly to relevant parties.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, planning, implementation frameworks, monitoring, dashboard analysis, and data analytics, with a focus on the government sector. Proven experience in managing multi-state government programs is highly desirable. Possess strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills. Demonstrate excellent analytical, reporting, and communication abilities. Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and MS Office suite is required. An MBA from a recognized university is mandatory. A B.Tech or equivalent degree is preferred.
