We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead capacity building initiatives across the space, geospatial, and emerging technology sectors. This client-facing position requires a versatile individual adept at strategy formulation, training program design, and hands-on delivery. You will excel at translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for diverse audiences, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Lead and deliver capacity building engagements focused on space, geospatial, and emerging technologies. Shape strategy, design comprehensive training and enablement programs, and manage on-the-ground delivery.

Engage with clients and stakeholders at senior levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes. Develop high-quality proposals, reports, frameworks, and executive-level deliverables.

Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, including strategy, engineering, data science, and domain experts. Travel as needed to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.

A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as management, technology, public policy, or geospatial studies, or equivalent professional experience is required. Demonstrated experience in management consulting, advisory services, capacity building, training, or institutional development, particularly within technology, space, or geospatial sectors, is essential.

Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage senior-level stakeholders. Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills are a must. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities are crucial for simplifying complex topics for varied audiences.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or enablement initiatives. Proficiency in written communication for proposals and reports. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure is expected. Familiarity with the space, earth observation, geospatial, or deep-tech ecosystem and its policy landscape is beneficial.

Experience working with government bodies, public sector programs, or multilateral organizations is advantageous. Knowledge of capacity building methodologies, learning frameworks, and impact assessment approaches is a plus. Proficiency with tools like Power BI, Excel, and modern collaboration platforms is expected. A consulting mindset that balances strategic thinking with practical client delivery is key.
