Design, build, and operationalize AI-assisted developer productivity solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents. Develop secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions focused on code generation and developer efficiency. Implement sovereign AI deployments for regulated industries, ensuring compliance with data localization and security guidelines. Evaluate AI coding assistants for accuracy, latency, cost, and IDE coverage. Build retrieval-augmented pipelines over private code repositories. Design context-engineering strategies for efficient code AI interactions. Develop AI agents capable of planning, executing, testing, and self-correcting.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with LLM/generative-AI systems in production environments is required. Demonstrated experience deploying AI dev tooling in regulated sectors such as BFSI, government, defense, and healthcare. Familiarity with sovereign/air-gapped AI and on-premise Ollama/vLLM clusters. Understanding of India-specific concerns, including data localization under the DPDP Act 2023 and MeitY/CERT-In guidelines. Strong knowledge of transformer architecture, attention mechanisms, and tokenization is essential. Experience with fine-tuning techniques (full FT, LoRA/QLoRA, DPO, SFT) and associated pipelines (PEFT, TRL, Axolotl, Unsloth) is expected.
