This Urban Planning and Spatial Development Expert will significantly contribute to city and regional planning initiatives. Your responsibilities will include spatial screening, infrastructure planning, and developing investment-ready urban project pipelines for Uttarakhand.

You will actively support project identification, prioritization, and the creation of City Investment Plans. Additionally, you will provide crucial planning inputs for innovative digital-twin and growth-simulation use cases, advancing smart city concepts.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in infrastructure planning, master plans, city development plans, feasibility studies, or detailed project reports.

Demonstrated experience in GIS-based planning, land-use assessment, and infrastructure gap analysis is essential. Strong analytical, report-writing, mapping, presentation, and stakeholder-consultation skills are required to effectively communicate and drive project success.
