As an IT Business Analyst, you will cultivate strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Your responsibilities include developing effective communication skills, deepening your understanding of the Oil and Gas vertical, and demonstrating accountability for performance.

Key duties involve capturing business requirements, converting them into user stories, and facilitating sprint grooming. You will also provide insights into market trends and emerging capabilities, engage with external stakeholders, and manage project documentation from creation to sign-off. Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases, along with conducting client training, are also integral to this role.

A mandatory background in the Oil and Gas sector is essential for this position. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years specifically within the oil and gas domain.

Required qualifications include a B.Tech degree (any branch) coupled with an MBA (Regular), or a B.Tech in Computer Science/IT. Proficiency in Power BI is also necessary. You should be adept at creating comprehensive project documentation, including process documents, system architectures, user manuals, and data models. Experience in benchmarking industry practices and articulating gaps across technology, process, and people is highly valued.
