As an IT Business Analyst, you will cultivate strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include developing expertise in the oil and gas vertical, understanding our organization's purpose and values, and actively seeking opportunities for impact.

You will be accountable for maintaining high performance, demonstrating personal accountability, and understanding how your daily contributions align with team and business priorities. A strong commitment to continuous learning and development is essential, along with acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.

A mandatory background in the Oil and Gas industry is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in the oil and gas domain. You will conduct sessions with business teams to understand technology aspirations and current processes, capturing business requirements and converting them into user stories.

Key tasks involve obtaining sign-offs from business units, conducting sprint grooming, and providing functional expertise. You'll also research and present market trends, engage with external agencies for time-bound developments, and create comprehensive project documentation. Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing application releases are also critical functions. Furthermore, you will facilitate knowledge transfer for existing and new initiatives and train client teams on developed solutions. Experience with Power BI is also a requirement.
