This position requires on-site deployment at our project sites in Delhi. We are seeking individuals who can join us early or immediately.

Develop comprehensive project plans for the execution of electrical works across various packages within thermal power projects. Finalize project schedules, ensuring seamless integration with the mechanical readiness of different packages. Plan and generate look-ahead schedules for material delivery, coordinating directly with manufacturing units. Review task preparations to confirm the availability of essential inputs, including design, manpower, equipment, and materials. Track contractor resources and manpower requirements to align with construction targets. Propose strategies and execution practices to expedite electrical erection and commissioning activities. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any emerging issues. Prepare capital expenditure (capex) plans specifically for electrical works and follow up with various contractors and execution agencies to meet performance targets and commitments. Assist in monitoring contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of experience in electrical works for large infrastructure projects, including a minimum of 5 years managing electrical work, preferably within a thermal power plant setting. Strong presentation skills and a good command of the English language are essential. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical or Electronics from a reputed engineering college is required, with a postgraduate degree being an added advantage. Early or immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
