As part of the Operation, Industry, and Domain Solutions (OIDS) team, you will collaborate with leading institutions to tackle critical business challenges amidst evolving industry landscapes. This position is integral to solving complex problems and driving impactful solutions in the capital projects domain.

Develop comprehensive project plans for the execution of electrical works across various packages in thermal power projects. Finalize project schedules, ensuring seamless integration of electrical work completion with mechanical readiness. Plan and generate detailed look-ahead schedules for material delivery, coordinating directly with manufacturing units. Review task preparation, verifying the availability of necessary inputs for construction, including design, manpower, and equipment. Track contractor resources and manpower requirements to align with construction targets. Propose strategies and execution practices to expedite electrical erection and commissioning activities. Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues that arise. Prepare capital expenditure (capex) plans specifically for electrical works. Follow up with contractors and execution agencies to ensure targets and commitments are met. Assist in monitoring contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires 5-8 years of experience in electrical works for large infrastructure projects, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in managing electrical work within thermal power plants. Excellent presentation skills and a strong command of the English language are essential. This position requires on-site deployment at the project location. Candidates available for early or immediate joining are preferred.

Desired qualifications include a B.E. in Electrical/Electronics from a reputable engineering college. Post-graduation is considered an added advantage.
