As a Senior Consultant / Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing contractual aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring project success through meticulous contract administration and risk mitigation.

Your responsibilities will include meticulously managing contractual documentation and archiving information for clients and sub-contractors. You will provide essential support for project contract management, ensuring alignment between contractual terms and project objectives.

Key duties involve facilitating the change management process, assisting in the resolution of contractual issues, and overseeing periodic contract closures. You will monitor vendor and sub-contractor compliance before invoice acceptance, and aid in drafting correspondence to facilitate timely dispute resolution.

Furthermore, you will lead the project risk assessment framework, identifying and resolving project-related risks. Generating monthly contract reports detailing contractual issues, risks, and hindrances is a core function. You will also manage discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns, and develop mitigation actions, while actively monitoring contractor performance.

We are seeking candidates with 6-10 years of experience specifically in contracts management for large infrastructure projects, with a preference for experience in the power sector. Prior management or technical consulting experience is mandatory.

Exceptional presentation skills and a strong command of the English language are essential for this role. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical engineering is required.
