You will be instrumental in managing contractual documentation, including archiving information for clients and sub-contractors. Key duties involve supporting project contract management by aligning terms with objectives, facilitating change management, and assisting in resolving contractual issues and periodic closures. Responsibilities also include monitoring vendor and sub-contractor compliance before invoice acceptance, drafting necessary correspondence, and leading the project risk assessment framework. Generating monthly contract reports detailing issues, risks, and hindrances, alongside managing contractor discussions for progress review and mitigation action development, are also core functions.

This senior consultant position requires 6-10 years of dedicated experience in contracts management, specifically for large infrastructure projects, with a preference for experience in the power sector. Prior management or technical consulting experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills and a good command of the English language. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical engineering is required.
