Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant, focusing on AI Program Management in Delhi. This role is pivotal for leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder AI initiatives, including those involving language technologies, open networks, and AI platforms.

This position demands expertise beyond traditional program management, emphasizing strong vendor governance, ecosystem orchestration, and AI program delivery. You will collaborate closely with clients, research institutions, technology partners, and LLM providers to ensure structured execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes for complex AI programs.

Your responsibilities will extend to driving program governance, fostering coordination within a dynamic partner ecosystem, and ensuring delivery discipline across various vendors and AI initiatives for our clients. Based on your experience, you will independently manage workstreams, support overarching program governance, lead stakeholder engagements, and contribute to the development of strategic frameworks and operating models.

Drive end-to-end AI program planning, execution, and monitoring, translating strategic AI vision into actionable roadmaps and workstreams. Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, and KPIs with a keen focus on outcomes, ensuring alignment across AI model development, platform integration, and ecosystem rollout.

Develop robust AI program strategies, operating models, and ecosystem frameworks. Contribute to the design and evaluation of AI solutions, LLM integrations, and language technology platforms, translating business and policy requirements into concrete program components.

Establish and operationalize strong vendor governance, managing onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking of AI vendors and technology partners. Act as the central coordination point across diverse ecosystem stakeholders, including clients, vendor teams, and other AI partners.

Lead structured engagement across various stakeholders, including government bodies, AI/LLM technology providers, and implementation agencies, facilitating workshops and review forums to build alignment and drive program outcomes.

Track emerging AI trends, develop insights, and contribute to knowledge assets and best practices. Conduct business process assessments and requirement gathering, translating business needs into functional recommendations and supporting technology-enabled solution design.

We require a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Information Systems, Computer Science, BBA, Management, or an equivalent degree, supplemented by an MBA or equivalent. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, PMO Leadership, or Digital Transformation is essential.

Preferred experience includes working on technical projects related to development and implementation, particularly within Government, Public Sector, or Development Sector programs. Familiarity with Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), e-Governance, technology consulting, policy implementation, ecosystem development, and change management initiatives is highly valued.

Experience supporting technology implementation and platform-based programs, and a strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in business contexts are key. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are expected for this dynamic role in our Delhi office.
