Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Analyst in our OIDS team, based in Delhi. This role focuses on international trade engagements for government clients, specializing in trade policy, economic development, and global market access. You'll contribute to strengthening operational effectiveness and supporting MSMEs.

Your role will involve supporting MSME District Facilitation Offices (DFOs) to enhance their operational effectiveness. This includes assisting with daily administrative tasks, providing frontline support to MSMEs via various channels, and aiding in the implementation of MSME schemes.

You will coordinate field-level engagements like enterprise visits and outreach drives, and facilitate collaboration with various government departments and industry associations. Developing awareness materials and preparing reports will also be key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will conduct market research and track regulatory standards to assist MSMEs.

This position also includes supporting export facilitation by analyzing market trends and guiding MSMEs on export procedures. Collecting and analyzing field data to provide policy inputs and assisting in scheme evaluation will be crucial. Regular participation in review meetings is expected.

A full-time MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree, obtained from a recognized institution, is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of consulting experience. Strong skills in providing administrative support, handling routine tasks, and managing service delivery functions are essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to interact with MSMEs and stakeholders. The ability to coordinate various initiatives, including awareness campaigns and field engagements, is vital. Proficiency in preparing documentation such as minutes, reports, and MIS updates is expected.

Candidates should possess analytical skills for market research and data analysis, and the capability to develop informative content. Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and trade standards is beneficial. Experience in supporting policy formulation and scheme evaluation is advantageous.
