We are seeking a highly experienced Project and KPI Monitoring Expert to contribute to our initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in the WASH sector, with a proven track record in project monitoring and management.

The primary responsibility involves expert-level project and KPI monitoring within the WASH sector. This includes developing and implementing program management strategies, establishing robust monitoring frameworks, and designing effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Further responsibilities encompass contributing to review mechanisms and acting as a monitoring expert for national WASH initiatives, with a preference for candidates who have extensive experience in such roles.

A minimum of 12 years of dedicated experience in the water and sanitation (WASH) sector is essential. Candidates must demonstrate professional experience in program management, the development of monitoring frameworks, KPI design, and the implementation of review mechanisms.

Experience serving as a monitoring expert for any National WASH Missions is a key requirement. Prior experience in a dedicated monitoring role for any National WASH Missions exceeding one year will be considered a significant advantage.
