This role is integral to our Infrastructure team, focusing on critical water supply projects and driving technological advancements within the sector.

Lead and manage technical teams in the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale water supply projects. Oversee rural and urban water supply and sanitation initiatives, ensuring efficient project delivery.

Direct the development of multi-village and cluster-based water supply schemes, surface water treatment plants, and robust O&M models. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

We seek a seasoned Technical Team Leader with over 8 years of experience in major water supply projects, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.

Demonstrate proven expertise in multi-village/cluster schemes, surface water treatment, distribution networks, and O&M strategies. Proficiency in hydraulic modelling, DPR preparation, contract management, and quality assurance is essential. Experience with government programs or international funding agencies like the World Bank or ADB is advantageous.
