As a Social and Other Sectors Consultant, your contributions will be vital in supporting initiatives and projects across the social development landscape. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth research on sector issues and policies, aiding in program formulation and evaluation, and synthesizing data for evidence-based decision-making.

You will also engage with diverse stakeholders, prepare comprehensive reports and knowledge products, and conduct program reviews. Supporting the development of implementation frameworks, action plans, and monitoring mechanisms will be crucial. Additionally, you will track project progress, identify challenges, and assist in designing effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

We are seeking candidates with 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in the development sector, public policy, social sector programs, or government advisory roles. A Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, or Management is required.

Essential competencies include strong research and analytical skills, a good understanding of public policy and government programs, and the ability to synthesize complex information. Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and a willingness to undertake field research are also important.
