Manage project delivery and ensure client engagement objectives are met. Develop comprehensive report templates for weekly and monthly status updates, covering both quantitative and qualitative data. Generate project MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic progress updates. Assist in defining and implementing robust project governance processes. Conduct regular reviews with client leadership and execution teams to ensure alignment and progress. Analyze project performance to identify and resolve critical bottlenecks promptly. Support project execution by creating strategies to optimize project costs and reduce cycle times. Review site productivity and propose actionable improvements. Conduct thorough project risk identification and develop effective mitigation plans.

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Oil & Gas plant projects. Demonstrate strong expertise in project management within the Oil & Gas industry. Possess proven experience in implementing project controls functions, encompassing project monitoring, scheduling, cost control, and reporting. Showcase hands-on experience in developing MIS dashboards and reporting solutions, with a preference for Microsoft Power BI. Immediate joiners will be strongly considered for this position. Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Base location is Kochi, with an initial requirement to work from the Delhi/NCR office for the first few months.
