We are seeking a skilled Capacity Building Expert with a specialization in PPP/Financial Management to contribute to our OIDS-Consultant role. This position is based in Bengaluru.

This role focuses on enhancing capacity within the WASH sector. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, managing training initiatives, and developing engaging training communication materials. Additionally, you will play a key part in organizing exposure and outreach programs aimed at overall capacity enhancement for stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in training, management, and developing training materials. Proven experience in organizing exposure and outreach programs for capacity building is essential. A relevant postgraduate degree in fields such as MBA (HR), Mass Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or Social Work is required. This is an on-site position located in Bengaluru.
