Join our Technology & Transformation practice, specializing in international trade engagements for government clients. We focus on trade policy, economic development, and global market access initiatives.

This role is based in Delhi and is integral to supporting MSME District Facilitation Offices (DFOs) and Branch MSME DFOs. You will play a key part in strengthening their operational effectiveness and facilitating smoother service delivery for MSMEs across various regions of India.

Provide essential support to MSME DFOs and branch MSME DFOs in daily administrative and service-delivery functions.

Engage directly with MSMEs to offer guidance on schemes, registrations, and documentation, resolving operational challenges through various communication channels.

Assist in the implementation of MSME schemes by managing beneficiary onboarding, tracking applications, and coordinating with relevant departments.

Support field activities, including enterprise visits and outreach drives, to enhance grassroots presence and coverage. Facilitate collaboration with state departments, industry associations, and local institutions for effective issue escalation.

A full-time MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree from a recognized institution is required, with a minimum of 12 months duration.

Candidates must possess at least 4 years of consulting experience.

Key skills include supporting capacity building, strengthening operational effectiveness, and providing frontline MSME support. Experience in implementing MSME schemes, coordinating field engagements, and developing awareness materials is crucial.

Proficiency in preparing documentation, MIS updates, and various reports is essential. Market research, regulatory tracking, and export facilitation support are also key aspects of this role.
