Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Consultant in Delhi. This role focuses on international trade engagements for government clients, specializing in trade policy and economic development.

You will contribute to strengthening the operational effectiveness of MSME District Facilitation Offices (DFOs) and Branch MSME DFOs. The position involves extensive interaction with MSMEs, providing them with guidance on schemes, registrations, and operational challenges.

Support MSME DFOs with administrative tasks and daily service delivery. Provide frontline interaction and handholding support to MSMEs via walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital channels. Assist in implementing MSME schemes, coordinating beneficiary onboarding, and tracking application status. Support field-level engagements, including enterprise visits and outreach drives. Facilitate coordination with various government departments, banks, and industry associations. Assist in conducting awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach initiatives. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including meeting minutes and progress reports. Develop IEC materials, localized content, and success stories. Prepare MSME landscape reports and conduct market research. Track regulatory, compliance, and standards, and prepare simplified guidance materials. Support export facilitation by analyzing market trends and guiding MSMEs on procedures. Collect and analyze field data and stakeholder feedback to provide policy inputs.

A full-time MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree from a recognized institution is required. Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience is essential. This role is based in Delhi and requires on-site presence. Strong understanding of MSME schemes, operational support, and stakeholder coordination is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective interaction with MSMEs and government bodies.
