Architect and own application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security across the entire technology stack. Develop high-level and low-level designs, deployment topologies, integration blueprints, and define non-functional requirements, sizing, and capacity models. Create migration roadmaps from legacy systems to open-source alternatives, complete with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) justifications.

Provide critical technical oversight during implementation phases, conduct design reviews, ensure architecture sign-offs, and resolve escalations. Lead technical solutioning for RFP/RFI responses, including detailed sizing, Bill of Quantities/Materials (BoQ/BoM), technical stack selection, and effort estimations. Prepare compliance matrices and pre-bid queries, presenting technical solutions to client Technology Executive Committees (TECs).

Deliver or architect solutions for Central Ministries, State Governments, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Demonstrate familiarity with RFP response cycles and pre-bid query workflows. Possess a strong understanding of data localization, air-gapped network designs, and System Integrator (SI)-led delivery models. Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, CKA/CKAD, or Open Group Certified Architect are preferred.
