Join Deloitte's Energy, Resources & Industrials team as an Associate Director, Program Manager for Infrastructure projects. This role involves leading complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives across diverse sectors, driving strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Spearhead end-to-end project execution for major infrastructure projects, encompassing civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and utilities. Develop and implement robust project strategies, resource plans, and schedules. Manage project scope, budget, and quality to ensure timely delivery. Oversee contract management, including EPC, EPCM, and Design-Build models.

Monitor and control project schedules and costs using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Review contractor performance, manage payments, and assess commercial impacts. Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential, with a Master's degree or MBA being advantageous. We seek candidates with over 15 years of experience managing large infrastructure or capital projects. Proven expertise in project planning, execution, design coordination, tendering, estimation, and construction management is critical. Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and a strong understanding of EPC/EPCM models and construction contracts are required. Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, communication, and presentation skills are a must.
