This role focuses on driving innovation and strategic direction within our data architecture initiatives.

Lead and manage architecture or engineering teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Effectively communicate with stakeholders and influence senior leadership to drive strategic decisions. Oversee enterprise transformation programs, leveraging strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to navigate complex challenges.

Develop and implement robust data architectures, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Drive the adoption of modern data technologies and best practices across the organization.

A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Management is required. Demonstrated expertise in designing enterprise-scale data architectures, with proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on experience with modern data warehousing and lakehouse solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift is essential.

Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (OLTP, OLAP, dimensional modeling, Data Vault) and experience with ETL/ELT tools and orchestration frameworks. Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or Scala is crucial. Familiarity with streaming technologies like Apache Kafka, data governance, MDM, cataloging, lineage, security frameworks, DevOps/DataOps, and CI/CD practices is highly beneficial. Experience with large-scale distributed data systems is expected.
