As a Senior Consultant within the Technology & Transformation Team, your primary focus will be on cultivating strong client relationships and exceeding expectations through effective solution design and implementation.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust solutions using various tools, adhering to established design principles and conventions. This includes configuring robotic processes efficiently, ensuring maintainability and clarity, and managing day-to-day operational issues with timely resolutions.

Furthermore, you will facilitate change management processes, maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and testing procedures, and collaborate closely with process owners to understand existing workflows and design effective automation strategies.

This role requires extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including the development of both Canvas and Model-Driven Applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate for complex workflow automation is essential, alongside a deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and its integration capabilities, particularly with SharePoint as a data source.

Candidates should possess experience with advanced low-code and pro-code integrations, including Power Pages for external-facing sites and Co-pilot Studio for conversational AI. The ability to extend Power Platform functionalities using Custom Connectors and Azure Functions for sophisticated logic is highly valued.

Further requirements include hands-on experience with Azure Security Implementation for data protection and identity management, a strong grasp of data modeling, environment management, and solution lifecycle (ALM). Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing application architectures.
