Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Quality Engineering Manager, driving innovation in enterprise-scale test automation and QE transformation. We are looking for a hands-on leader adept at architecting robust automation solutions, guiding significant transition programs, and cultivating high-performing QE teams. Lead and mentor a QE organization of over 40 engineers, defining and executing enterprise Quality Engineering strategies aligned with business goals. Own end-to-end quality delivery across Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud-native environments, driving large-scale QA transformation and transition initiatives. Establish robust governance, metrics, and reporting mechanisms, fostering collaboration with client stakeholders and engineering leadership.

Architect and implement enterprise-grade End-to-End Test Automation Frameworks using Selenium C#, BDD Frameworks (SpecFlow/Cucumber), API Automation, and data-driven approaches. Define automation roadmaps, accelerate adoption, and establish reusable assets. Champion shift-left and continuous testing practices, integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker. Drive the adoption of AI-powered testing solutions for enhanced productivity and coverage, exploring GenAI innovations within Quality Engineering.

This role demands a minimum of 15 years in Quality Engineering and Test Automation, with at least 8 years in managing large QE teams, including proven experience managing teams of 40+ resources. A strong background in architecting enterprise-wide automation frameworks and hands-on experience with Selenium C# solutions are essential. You should have a demonstrated history of delivering QE programs for large-scale digital transformation initiatives and leading significant transition and transformation engagements.

Experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders is required. A solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps delivery models is crucial. Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure Cloud or AWS testing ecosystems, exposure to modern automation tools like Playwright or Cypress, and certifications in ISTQB Advanced or AI Testing. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
